Serving Arizona Retailers
since 1963
The Arizona Retailers
Association (ARA) was formed in 1963 for the purpose of
enhancing the business climate for the retail industry in
order to achieve as a group what no single retailer could
accomplish alone.
ARA is a voice for
Arizona retailers, which is heard by legislators, government
officials, regulators, trade organizations and the media.
ARA is the link between legislators and the
retailers in each legislative district. ARA has proven an
effective advocate for Arizona retailers on the issues,
which impact your bottom line. Each year, Congress shifts
more power to the state legislatures. Every day in Arizona
policy makers are making decisions which impact your
business.
ARA - The United Voice of
Retailing in Arizona
You can't be at the legislature daily to know
which issues are being discussed, who to talk to, and how to
get the work done on behalf of your business. Your
participation in ARA assures that your interests are being
represented. ARA is working continuously on issues at the
legislative level as well as with regulatory agencies, to
protect and enhance the businesses of retailers who invest
in these efforts.
Any legislative or regulatory concern of an ARA
member will be given attention and actions will be taken to
resolve the issue.
ARA has successfully protected and enhanced the
business practices of Arizona retailers since 1963.
