Formed in 1963,
Arizona Retailers Association is the voice of retail in
Arizona. ARA is the link between retailers and legislators
at the Arizona State Legislature. ARA also represents the
interests of the Arizona retail industry through state
regulators as well as through a grassroots network with the
Arizona Congressional delegation.
Our members include
large and small independent retailers as well as regional
and national chain stores. The businesses represent apparel,
convenience, furniture, hardware, grocery, jewelry, office
supply, pharmacy, and department stores.
ARA is affiliated with
National Retail Federation (NRF) and its sister affiliates
in every state in the country. Therefore we are able to
share information regarding new benefits, unique programs
and legislative issues of concern to retailers.
We provide a number of
services, which offer discounted rates and programs to
assist ARA members. ARA is a source of information and
support, providing a variety of invaluable services to help
member companies operate efficiently and profitably.
